Made like a boot and are very stiff around th ankle. Hard to do a plate job while wearing these. Hard to run in as well

I bought these to replace a very old pair of plate shoes. Should have done this long ago. The shoes fit great. The wide width choice is a big improvement over the old shoes.

These shoes feel just like a real good pair of athletic shoes. By far the best plate shoes I have ever owned. You don't get the feeling that you are wearing armor on your feet.
