These insoles are like heaven for my sore feet. As an RN in a busy ER working 12 hour shifts- running around, standing while charting, and just being on my feet. Ended up with plantar fasciitis due to poor support in my shoes and having flat arches. The bear was unbearable...finally made an appointment to meet with a podiatrist to deal with the pain, but guess what? I have to wait 4 weeks to see the doc. So I figured, in the meantime I've got to figure something out because it is greatly limiting my outdoor activities. Came across these insoles during some online research and boy am I glad. I love the extra thick padding (although it makes it a bit tight in shoes, but just take out the existing insoles and you'll be fine)! After heat molding and 3 12 hour shifts later, these babies are broken in and I feel like I am walking on memory foam. I now have an extra spring in my step, I do not have the intense heel pain upon getting up from a chair,......
