Great shoe !! Hot though !! Very sturdy shoes, very comfortable, my feet get really hot in these shoes !! They are waterproof though.. I would buy again
I love the look and style of this boot. However the mouth of the boot is very thin and tight creating a cutting and rubbing circle around my upper ankle. I even tried them with heavy mountaineering socks, but it was still not enough padding. The fit around my foot was great, but the tight mouth is a deal breaker. I've never had this problem before. Another negative is the loose shoestrings that come out of their metal loops by just picking the shoe up. Too bad because everything else works on this waterproof boot.
These boots exceeded my expectations. I wanted something waterproof, comfortable and lightweight for a semi-walking-intensive vacation. The terrain was to involve a lot of walking on solid stone, loose stone and dirt surfaces. I had different boots on the ......
