I have fallen arches, and I would be in a lot of pain were it not for this product. This style of arch support fits well into athletic and various types of flat shoes, particularly tie-up shoes. For more narrow flat shoes, you might want to try Profoot smart arch women's.

These are the best! They truly do give arch support and a lot of cushioning. I found them better than a lot of the more expensive inserts or arch supports. I like it that they are made in America, too. That's a big plus with me.

I have found these to be better for my ankle than any other insert I've tried and I've tried a lot of them! I put them in my hiking and running shoes! I have one bad ankle with little arch in it and it usually swells and hurts, but not nearly as much when I use these inserts. I highly recommend them, am even training for a half-marathon and I never thought I would be doing that!
